These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and btd22 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at btd22.org. This Agreement governs all access to and use of the btd22 website, mobile application, and any related services offered by btd22.

By creating a btd22 account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or accessing any game or service on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the btd22 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

1.1 Governing Language

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version of this Agreement shall take precedence in all cases.

1.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, game rules, bonus terms, and any other policies published on btd22.org, constitutes the entire agreement between you and btd22 with respect to your use of the platform. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Access to and use of the btd22 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. btd22 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 18+. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on this platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual in a personal capacity, and not as a representative of any corporate entity for commercial wagering purposes.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by btd22 or by any other gaming platform or regulatory authority.
• You have not been diagnosed with or identified as having a problem gambling disorder that is currently active and untreated.
• You are the registered holder of the payment method you use to fund your btd22 account. Third-party payment is not permitted under any circumstances.

2.1 Jurisdiction Responsibility

Online gambling may not be legal in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using the btd22 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. btd22 makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. By using the platform, you confirm that you have independently verified that doing so is lawful where you reside.

To access the full range of btd22 services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and Andar Bahar — you must register a btd22 account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered btd22 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where btd22 identifies multiple accounts registered by the same individual, all accounts except the earliest registered account may be closed and any balances held pending investigation. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your btd22 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. btd22 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify btd22 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

btd22 may require account verification (commonly referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal request, or following any unusual account activity. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in closure.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

You are required to keep your registered account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your personal details change after registration — including your name, address, or payment account details — you must update your btd22 profile promptly or notify btd22 support. btd22 is not responsible for delays or complications arising from outdated account information.

All financial transactions on the btd22 platform — deposits and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). btd22 does not apply currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your btd22 account balance in BDT, with no deductions applied by btd22 at the time of deposit.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

btd22 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment channels:

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are published within the payment section of your btd22 account. These limits may vary by payment method and by the VIP tier of your account. Higher-tier VIP members benefit from increased withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

btd22 processes withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad within 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to completion of any required verification checks. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. btd22 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the btd22 system.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

btd22 is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or any other financial crime. btd22 reserves the right to investigate any transaction that appears unusual or inconsistent with a player's stated profile and to delay, withhold, or decline withdrawal requests pending the outcome of such an investigation. Where evidence of financial crime is identified, btd22 will take all appropriate steps including reporting to relevant authorities and permanent account closure without return of funds.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. btd22 strictly prohibits deposits from third-party payment accounts. Where a third-party deposit is identified, btd22 reserves the right to void all bets placed using those funds, reverse the deposit, and close the account. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the btd22 account.

btd22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and this Agreement, the specific offer terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a btd22 account are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance — or any winnings derived from the bonus balance — can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x, 30x) is clearly stated in the terms of the individual offer. btd22 does not apply hidden wagering requirements; all conditions are disclosed at the point of offer.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus or promotion specifies its eligibility criteria. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. btd22 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or void any bonus that it reasonably determines has been claimed by a player who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who has attempted to abuse the bonus in any way.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

btd22 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using wagering strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., placing offsetting bets); participating in matched betting or arbitrage using btd22 bonus funds; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently closed.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting, as specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus balances that have not been fully wagered within the expiry period will be removed from the account automatically without compensation. The associated wagering requirement will also lapse, and no extension will be granted unless explicitly offered by btd22 as part of a specific promotion.

By using the btd22 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose.
• Accessing or attempting to access any btd22 account other than your own registered account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, duplicate crediting of funds, or game malfunctions — for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are considered void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live table games.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt wagering activity.
• Using the btd22 platform to launder money or conduct any other form of financial crime.
• Impersonating any other person, whether or not a btd22 member, in any communication with btd22.
• Posting, transmitting, or communicating any content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing toward btd22 staff, other players, or any third party.

6.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the btd22 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks — is the property of btd22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any btd22 content without prior written consent from btd22.

btd22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where btd22 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the btd22 platform or to other players.
• btd22 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory direction, or applicable law.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your btd22 account at any time by contacting btd22 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Before closing your account, any outstanding withdrawal request will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months or more. btd22 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, as specified in the fee schedule published on the platform. btd22 will notify the registered email address associated with the account before any inactivity fee is applied. The account holder retains the right to reactivate the account and withdraw any remaining balance at any time.

btd22 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all members. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults. btd22 recognises that a minority of players may develop gambling-related problems and takes its duty of care in this area seriously.

8.1 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the money you wager. You agree to gamble only with funds that you can afford to lose and not to use gambling as a means of generating income, addressing financial problems, or as a coping mechanism for personal difficulties. btd22 strongly encourages all members to set personal limits on their gambling activity.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

btd22 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings or by contacting btd22 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a rolling daily, weekly, or monthly period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen reminders when your gambling session reaches a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Marketing communications are suspended during a cool-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a formal self-exclusion for a minimum of six months. During self-exclusion, your account is closed, and btd22 will not send any marketing materials to your registered contact details.

8.3 Underage Gambling Prevention

btd22 operates a strict 18+ policy. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling websites.
